This week aku kene involve ngn projek SERP(Specific Equipment Reliability Plan)which i did not have clear understanding on the project itself..luckily laa abi, ayie ngn bopik in the same team with me~klu x memg ak sengeh je ar time engineer bagi task..pastu aku wat2 tuli~~meh nk explain skit pasal projek ni secare hentam kromo nyer..erm this project is basically pasal nk produce "surat branak" (x pon ic/passport)for each equipment..utk each equipment kitorang kene wat criticallity analysis~criticallity analisis ni cam kite nk tentukan bile equipment ni nk mampos (tu scre kasarnyer)..so bile da tau mane2 equipment yg da nazak so kite bleh la prioritize kan equipment for mitigation process or inspection..nk come out dgn mnde alah ni kite kne ade FMEA(failure mode n effect analysis), P-RBI (Petronas Risk Based Analysis), Inspection Plan, CMP (corrosion monitoring Plan), PM (Preventive Maintainance)dan mcam2 agi ar~~
